Terms & Conditions
Title
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to us in respect of 1) the goods and 2) all other sums which are or which become due to us from you on any account.
Product Guide
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information in this product guide. The illustrations are for identification purposes only, products may differ in specification or packaging from those pictured. All colour charts are intended as a guide only. Goods are shown in outer packs and minimum sales unit of each item.
Prices
Prices are correct at the time of issue of price list. The company does not intend to vary these but reserves the right to do so without prior notice should circumstances prove necessary. Current Retail Price including VAT is shown on each Invoice received with your delivery.
Ordering

Orders under carriage paid will be subject to a £7.50 carriage charge. (except Islands and Scottish Highland - see below)
Orders to be shipped to Islands and Scottish Highlands (postcode areas PH19-44, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 & HS) carriage charges will be quoted at time of ordering.
Short Delivery & Damages
In the event of short delivery or damage in transit, notification must be received by Artcoe within three working days from delivery date.
Returns
All returns must only be made after prior agreement with the sales office. Goods may be returned for a valid reason. Items correctly supplied which are returned will be subject to a 15% handling charge. Goods returned must be in re-saleable condition.
Additional Charges
A cutting facility is available for papers and boards. These charges include the repacking of the goods

Payment
Payment for goods is due in full strictly 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to add interest to overdue balances. Deliveries of orders may be delayed without prior notice if accounts become overdue.
